We will be looking at Supreme Court cases that are in the news and in the Courts as 2026 begins. We will focus on potential changes regarding:
The voting rights issues in Ohio and beyond
Questions of personal search and seizure, cell phone tracking and travel connections
Marriage partnerships
Campaign donation limits (or not)
Citizenship requirements by country, employment or purchase

Barbara Greenberg
Barbara Greenberg received a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University. She taught junior and senior high school in Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio, and has many years of adult education teaching experience. She received a J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and is admitted to the Bars of the State of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
