Refund Policies

Membership Refund Policy

  • Dues paid for membership are nonrefundable.

Course Refund Policy

  • If ILR cancels a class, a full refund will be issued unless two (2) class sessions have been presented, in which case there is no refund.
  • If a member cancels a class before registration closes, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a member cancels a class after registration closes and before the beginning of classes, and due to serious illness or death, a full refund will be issued.
    (Note: all three conditions must be met.)
  • If a member cancels after 12:01 am on the first day of classes for that quarter, no refund shall be issued.
  • All requests for refund must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Registration Co-Chairs:  Judith Drabik or Maria Phillips at ilr@bw.edu.

Except as noted, no refunds will be made after classes have begun.
Class refund(s), if issued, will be made via credit card or check.
