This class is a foundation class that builds on 2D shapes. It provides proportional measuring and value shading which results in an accurate drawing of all subject areas. Focus Areas will be: Accuracy, Basic Shading, Tone and Value Control and Using an Artistic Eye.

1.) 8x11 or larger Smooth or Vellum drawing Paper. (Strathmore or Canson are great choices). DO NOT buy Hobby Lobby or Michael’s brand.

Presenter: Cheri Homaee
Cheri Homaee’s art career spans fifty years as a painter, a photographer and an art instructor. Her photography has been published and exhibited throughout the East Coast, with many of her works in private collections. She has won several national and international juried competitions. Cheri has taught drawing / pottery / colored pencils / photography at Brecksville Center for the Arts at the Busy Bee for over ten years.
