Designed specifically for people who want to stay mentally sharp and actively support long-term brain health. Using easy-to-understand information about the brain and how memory works, the course helps participants distinguish between normal age-related changes and signs that deserve attention. By combining education, brain-building exercises and meaningful conversation, this course empowers seniors to take an active role in maintaining memory, supporting independence and potentially helping to forestall dementia.

Pat Stropko-O’Leary, RN, B.S., MBA, has 60+ years of emergency room and hospice nursing that includes 23 years as a hospice administrator. She holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Baldwin Wallace, a B.S. in Health Care Administration, and Registered Nurse certification.
