Check Your Login BEFORE Registration Opens

Opening Day of ILR Registration, has a lot of activity.  Our team is ready but oftentimes, we are not able to respond to Members as quickly as we would like.  Most of the Members' issues are about being unable to log into their account.  To avoid this delay in registration and worry or frustration about maybe not getting into a class, check your login credentials NOW.  As an added incentive to do this, the Spring classes will be visible online starting February 20, 2023 on the ilrbw.org website and you can make your list ahead time.  As class registration will start on March 5, 2023 at 12:01 AM ET.

Here are the ways to beat the rush:

LOG IN,  Click here.

FORGOT YOUR USERNAME/PASSWORD?  click here to reset it.  You will need to use the email address on file with us.  If you are unsure please contact the ILR Help desk at ilrhelpdeskbwu@gmail.com.  Check your email for one with a Click Here.  Click on it.  Your username will be displayed in blue near top of the screen, you can select a new username if you wish, enter and reenter your password and confirm it.  Please make note of both your username and password so you have it when you will need it.  Just a reminder that both your username and password are case sensitive.

EXPIRED MEMBER? Do not know if your Membership has expired? Log into your account. Click on your name next to the gear in the upper right-hand corner, select My Account and scroll down to the Memberships tab at the bottom of the page. Check the expiration date. If your Membership has expired, you can renew by clicking on the Select New Membership button at the bottom of the page. You will see a Select button. Click and follow the prompts for payment.
