Course Description:
Donatello, Pieter Bruegel, Peter Paul Rubens, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Gauguin and Pablo Picasso have been elevated to the summit of artistic accomplishment. Each one is a giant to his era and a major influence on all who followed them. Yet each one is distinctly different. Donatello's classicism, Bruegel's naturalism, Rubens's Grand Manner, van Gogh's expressionism, Gauguin's primitivism and Picasso's abstraction stand at the fulcrum from which all artistic paths followed.

Sean Crum
Sean Crum has been a professional artist and art historian for over 45 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cleveland State University (1974) and a Master of Arts Degree (1977) from Case Western Reserve University. He has received over forty art and educational awards, has been featured in 12 One-Man Shows and has been accepted in over sixty juried shows. His art, pen and ink, paintings and etchings are in numerous collections.
