Great Day! Tours
Reflect on courage, history, and American ingenuity on this meaningful America 250 journey to two remarkable Pennsylvania landmarks. Our day begins at the Flight 93 National Memorial and Visitor Center, the solemn site where United Airlines Flight 93 crashed on September 11, 2001, after courageous passengers and crew members fought back against hijackers, preventing the plane from reaching its intended target and undoubtedly saving countless lives. Through powerful exhibits, personal stories, and the peaceful memorial grounds, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the bravery and sacrifice that unfolded here and the lasting impact it had on our nation. A hearty buffet luncheon follows at a historic restaurant known for its unique past, where during Prohibition, “tea” was famously served from teapots as friends gathered in quiet defiance of the times. In the afternoon, we’ll continue on to the architectural masterpiece of Fallingwater, Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic home built over a cascading waterfall, where a guided tour reveals the vision, creativity, and innovation that have made this site one of the most celebrated homes in the world. This thoughtfully planned day blends remembrance, history, and beauty into an unforgettable experience.
