3. Glycemic index and how it affects blood sugars;

5. Sleep - it is more important than you think;
6. Stress Management - take control - it does affect blood glucose.
Presenter: Vera Bartasavich
Vera Bartasavich earned graduate degrees in Health Education and Nutrition Education and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) focusing on prediabetes and diabetes education. Vera has 30+ years of experience in the food industry. She enjoys presenting health and wellness topics in a variety of settings.
